3. Reuniting Retired Working Dogs with Handlers

- Facilitate the reunion of retired dogs with their former handlers, potentially for adoption purposes.

- Land Acquisition: We will need land to accommodate our operations and future expansion.

- Fencing: Ensure safety by separating training, social, and event grounds.

- Indoor Dog Training Facilities: Construction of indoor facilities for training, rehabilitation, and events to ensure a controlled environment.

- Indoor Living Facilities for Dogs: Create comfortable indoor living spaces for dogs to reside when not in training or rehabilitation, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

- Soundproofing: Indoor facilities will be soundproofed to provide a peaceful, home-like environment and minimize distractions from barking dogs and outside noises, such as fireworks and thunder.

- Swimming Pool for Water Therapy: A dedicated swimming pool specifically designed for water therapy to support the rehabilitation of dogs.

- Nonprofit Status: The company plans to obtain nonprofit status to enhance funding opportunities and support our mission of helping dogs and veterans.

Revenue Streams

- Current: Fees from board and train as well as private sessions.

- Future: Grants, donations, fundraising events, fees for expanded programs, apparel, dog training equipment, and accessories.
